BARREfusion is a low-impact fusion of rhythmic movement, cardio bursts, and strength sequences inspired by ballet, Pilates, and yoga. BARREfusion improves overall fitness while bringing out your inner ballerina!

SOULstrength is a creative blend of rhythmic weighted resistance, cardio bursts, manageable mobility and core strength exercises all set to crazy FUN music SOULstrength is the total package.

"SOUL" formats improve strength, balance, and flexibility, and can help improve overall fitness levels.

My Story

I’ve always felt like a fish out of water in traditional gyms—even after I became a certified trainer and “knew what I was doing.” The machines, the mirrors, the cliques, the "Bro Gym Culture"…it all felt wrong.

What I did know was what it felt like to struggle in my own body. I’ve faced colitis, fibrocystic breast disease, a blood disorder, bouts of chronic inflammation... I know what it’s like to be told “just work out harder” when your body has its own limitations.

That’s why I shifted my focus. Instead of trying to fit into the gym world, I created a different kind of space—one built on compassion, adaptability, and real-life wellness.

Why It Matters

Most of the women who walk through my doors feel like they don’t belong in a typical gym. They’re dealing with the realities of midlife—aches, fatigue, hormone shifts, maybe recovering from illness or surgery—and they don’t want to be barked at by a trainer or forced into workouts that make them feel worse.

I get it, because I’ve lived it. And I know firsthand that movement can be medicine when it’s tailored to your body, your energy, and your season of life.

That’s why I built MISSION:movement Wellness Studio: a sanctuary where women over 40 can move with confidence, rebuild strength, and feel like themselves again—without judgment, without pressure, and without trying to “keep up” with 20-year-olds.
